By accessing and using the StepUp Technology website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
StepUp Technology provides SEO and digital marketing services as outlined in individual service agreements. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work.
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are more than 30 days past due.
All content, strategies, and deliverables created by StepUp Technology remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of client-specific deliverables transfers to you.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.
StepUp Technology's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding three months. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, as search engine algorithms are outside our control.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
